Coach seats are not open yet — they will open, by invitation, once they are ready. If you coach athletes and want to be in the pilot, say so on For coaches. What follows is what the seat does on the day it opens.
- Your athletes is a triage queue, not a list of names: one reason per row — a niggle rising, nothing synced for five days, an A-race inside two weeks, no week planned — sorted by what needs you first.
- One athlete opens on their week: each session with its status and who wrote it, thresholds, the next race, open niggles when wellbeing is shared, and everyone else on their team. In this release you read; editing, proposals and comments arrive with the next one.
- Invite an athlete by email. The link carries your ask — role, switches, what you would like to be allowed to do — and the athlete decides on their side. Nothing you ask for is granted until they tap it.
- How you coach holds your practice, your credentials and your method: a few numbers the AI assistant will bind to — quality sessions a week, long-ride day, ramp cap, what to escalate to you — and up to 120 words in your own voice. Recorded now; the assistant starts following it in a later release.
Whatever the athlete shares, you never see their conversations with the AI, their photos or their cycle log. And the athlete can change what you see, or withdraw it, at any moment: it takes effect on your next request, and the bell tells you.
During the pilot the seat is free, and the athletes you bring need no paid plan. The assistant's work on your athletes will be priced per athlete per month once the pilot has produced a number — nothing is charged before then.
