Most sessions mark themselves. When your watch sends an activity, it is matched to the planned session and the plan updates.
You mark one yourself when there is no activity to match:
- A strength or mobility session you logged in the app rather than recording on a watch.
- A session you did without your watch.
Strength is graded on the logbook, not on a file. If you did the work but logged nothing, there is nothing to read — so log the sets, or mark the session done, rather than expecting it to be inferred.
If a session shows as missed and you know you did it, check whether the activity actually arrived. A session and an activity that never met is the usual cause, and it is a data problem rather than a grading one.
