Your conversation starts fresh each day. The first time you open Coach on a new day, yesterday's back-and-forth moves to your archive and you begin with a clean page. You do not have to do anything, and there is no button to press.
Why: a long thread about last week's numbers is not useful context for this morning's question, and it was quietly shaping every answer until you noticed and started a new one yourself.
What the roll-over does not do is make your coach forget you. What it has learned about you — your constraints, your preferences, how you respond to load — is kept separately from any one conversation and carries across all of them. Anything worth keeping from yesterday is saved before the page turns.
Your old conversations are all still there. Open archive to read or search them.
