Your account, your profile, your training and wellness data, your conversations with your coach, and anything you log or upload. The Privacy Policy lists it properly.
Two things that surprise people, both in your favour:
- There is no analytics and there are no tracking cookies. That is why you have never seen a cookie banner here. It is a commitment in the policy, not just a current state of affairs.
- Your health data is treated as a special category under Swiss and EU law, which is a higher bar than ordinary personal data.
