Setup ends with a week already written. You do not have to build anything before you start training.
Roughly, the first week goes like this:
- You connect your watch, so your training arrives on its own.
- You tell your coach what you are training for and when you can train.
- Your coach writes the next few days into your calendar.
- Your sessions start landing back from your watch, and the plan begins reacting to them.
The first days can look thin, and that is on purpose. Your coach has almost no history to work from yet, so it starts conservatively and gets sharper as sessions come in. Give it a week of real training before judging the plan.
If something looks wrong rather than merely quiet, run Check my setup on the Help page — most first-week problems are one unconnected thing.
