What works with your watch
What TriHonu reads from each watch, what it sends back, and how you connect. When a watch can't do something, this page says so.

Garmin Connect™Live
What comes in
Every activity your Garmin watch records reaches your coach a few minutes after it syncs with the Garmin Connect™ app, with laps, power and heart rate, plus last night's sleep, HRV and resting heart rate. What you record after connecting comes in on its own; older sessions come over from Garmin's account export, which you upload once on the Insights page.
What goes out
Once you switch sending on, your coach's runs, rides, pool swims and bricks appear in your Garmin Connect™ calendar and on the watch, ready to start, and routes from your library go over as courses. Strength and open-water swims stay in the app, because Garmin's workout format has no place for them.
How you connect
Connect your Garmin Connect™ account once from Settings › Connections. If you connected Garmin before we moved to our own Garmin app, reconnect it once.
Apple WatchTestFlight
What comes in
Workouts, heart rate, HRV, sleep and body measurements flow from the watch through the Health app on iPhone to your coach, from the day you connect.
What goes out
Your coach's next seven days appear in the watch's Workout app: runs, rides, swims and strength. Strength and mobility arrive the morning they are due, with the exercise named on each step. Routes don't go to the watch yet.
How you connect
Install the TriHonu iPhone app, in TestFlight today, and pair it with your account. Ask us for an invite until it reaches the App Store.

Live
What comes in
Every session your Polar watch syncs to Polar Flow® reaches your coach, with sleep, Nightly Recharge™ and daily activity. Sessions from before you connect don't come over.
Your plan
Your plan lives in TriHonu: on your phone, on the web and in your calendar (the .ics feed), and what you record comes back to your coach automatically.
