If nothing from Garmin has arrived since 21 September, it is not your watch and not your setup: Garmin has stopped delivering to us for most athletes while it changes how partners reach its data. Reconnecting will not help yet. Bring the session in by uploading its .fit file — it takes a minute.
Otherwise, almost always the session has not left your watch yet, rather than being lost on the way.
- Open Garmin Connect on your phone and let it finish syncing. A watch that has not been near the phone has not sent anything to anyone.
- Once it is in Garmin Connect, it reaches us shortly afterwards — overnight at the very latest.
- If it is in Garmin Connect and still not here an hour later, upload its .fit file — while Garmin is not delivering, that is the way in.
Auto Sync is not the cause. It only decides whether a session you have just finished appears straight away or waits — your training arrives either way.
If it is still missing after that, run Check my setup on the Help page: it will tell you when we last received anything at all, which separates "this one session" from "the connection".
