Apple Health lives on your phone and has no web connection, so this one goes through the TriHonu app for iPhone rather than a link on this page. The app does two things: it puts your coach's next seven days into the Workout app on your watch, and it sends what the watch records — workouts, heart rate, HRV, sleep and body measurements — back to your coach through Apple Health.
Setting it up
- Install the app on your iPhone and sign in — with your e-mail, or with a code generated here under Pair your iPhone (the setup wizard offers the same code in its connections step, with a QR your phone's camera opens). How that works is in TriHonu on your iPhone. Your account stays on the web — the phone never sees a password.
- In the app, open More → Apple Health and tap Connect. Apple then asks which data you want to share; what you allow there is what arrives.
- Open Plan and tap Send to watch. The next seven days appear in the Workout app on the watch — Apple shows one week ahead, so that is all we send.
One phone at a time. If you change phones, the new one offers *Move Apple Health to this phone*; the old one stops sending the moment that succeeds. We never quietly run two.
If you also wear a Garmin, the same session can arrive twice. We keep one activity and attach the other recording to it, so your training log does not double.
Strength and mobility are written the morning they are due. If you open the app the evening before and tonight's session is not there yet, *Ask my coach to write it* does exactly that.
What we read is listed in the app's own permission sheet and in our privacy policy; nothing from Apple Health is used for advertising.
Some of these steps happen inside TriHonu, where this article cannot take you while you are signed out. Sign in
