Your coach can turn the week's fuelling into actual food: meal ideas that match each day's target, and one shopping list for the week.
The list is written on Saturday morning, so it is ready before the weekend shop. It covers the week ahead and consolidates as it goes — the same ingredient across three meals becomes one line with one quantity, rather than three lines you have to add up in the aisle.
You can ask for meals at any time from Nutrition; you do not have to wait for Saturday.
Two switches, not one. In Settings, fuelling splits into two halves you can turn on and off separately:
- Logging — the daily targets and food logging.
- Planning — meal ideas and the shopping list.
Both are on to begin with. If you want the numbers but not the suggestions, turn planning off and logging stays.
Nothing here is a diet plan, and your coach will not set or name a goal weight.
