Every race on your Season page has three pages of its own, one click apart.
- Race plan — the execution plan your coach writes for that race: segment by segment, with power, pace and heart rate, plus what to do when it goes wrong. It also carries the race-day kit list — what to pack, why each item is there, and a tick for each — and the course profile if you have uploaded a GPX or KML file.
- Pacing — predicted splits from your current thresholds, with sliders for effort, heat and fuelling. Each effort slider says whether the value is something you have actually held: against your own past races of a similar length where you have enough of them, otherwise against your training, where the untouched default is shown as the model's standard rather than judged.
- Fuelling — a clock-based plan from the pacing prediction: carbohydrate, fluid and sodium per hour, when to take each, and a printable strip for the top tube. Pick the products you actually carry and it checks whether they cover the plan.
The three pages share one number for carbohydrate, so the plan, the splits and the fuel schedule cannot disagree. The kit list runs off your goal time, the other two off the predicted finish — so if the kit looks thin, check the goal you typed on the Season page first.
Ask your coach to build the race plan — say "build my race plan for Greifenseelauf" in chat. Pacing and Fuelling work as soon as the race has a distance and your thresholds are set.
Race pages are part of Performance and Ultimate. If you cannot open them, that is why.
