Your team is not open yet — we will open it once it is ready. Until then nobody but you can see your training, and the page this describes is not in the app yet. This is what will be there.
What a person on your team can see is decided by five switches. Training is always part of it — a coach who sees nothing is not a coach — and the other four stay off until you turn them on:
- Training (always): your plan and sessions, your activities, thresholds, races, gear, camps and travel, and the plan's own history.
- Wellbeing: sleep, HRV and readiness, niggles and illness.
- Nutrition: your fuelling and meal plans, and what you logged.
- Body: lab results and lactate tests.
- Documents: what you uploaded for your coach.
Your conversations with your AI coach, your cycle log and your photos are never shared, whatever you switch on.
You also decide what they may do: view only, propose changes you approve, or edit the plan directly. In this release a coach reads — your week, your numbers, your races — and cannot change anything yet. Your choice is recorded now and takes effect when coach editing arrives.
How someone joins:
- Open Settings › Your team and invite them by email, choosing the switches as you do — or accept a link a coach sent you.
- Nothing on the sheet is pre-ticked. A coach's request is shown as a sentence beside the switch; your tap is the consent.
- From the moment you accept, they can open your week. Change their access or withdraw it from the same page; a withdrawal takes effect on their very next request, and needs nothing from them.
Every invitation, change and withdrawal is written to your History under Team, so you can always answer who could see what, and since when.
