Worth knowing early, so you are not waiting for something that is not coming.
- It is not a medical service. Your coach can notice that something looks off and say so. It will not diagnose you, interpret blood work, or tell you whether to see a doctor. If you are hurt or unwell, that is a question for a clinician.
- It does not set body-weight targets. It will not name a goal weight, and it will not build a plan around losing one.
- It is not a human coach reading your data overnight. It is software. It is direct about what it does not know, and it says when it is guessing.
- It is not a social network. There is no feed, no followers and no leaderboard. Your training is not visible to other athletes.
What it is: a coach that writes and adjusts your training, and acts on your instructions rather than only advising.
