Nutrition gives you a target for the day rather than a fixed diet. It moves with your training: a day with a long ride asks for more than a rest day, so the number you see on Tuesday is not the number you see on Sunday.
Three things go into it:
- Your weight, from your profile.
- Today's plan — how long you are training and how hard.
- Your own settings, if you have changed them.
The page shows what is left rather than what you have eaten, because "462 g of carbs to go" is the number you can act on at four in the afternoon.
Past days keep the target they had. Once a day is done its numbers are frozen, so going back to last Tuesday shows what you were aiming at then — not what today's weight would have made it. Days from before this was introduced, in early September 2026, still recalculate — they were left alone rather than given a history they never had.
