Two kinds of thing arrive: sessions, and daily wellness.
- Sessions — every activity, with its heart rate, power, pace, distance, duration and laps. Where the detailed recording is available we read the second-by-second streams too, which is what the deeper analysis is built on.
- Daily wellness — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and the other overnight signals your watch collects. This is what readiness reads.
What we cannot read:
- Anything older than five years (Garmin), or older than what another platform lets our data provider reach. Sleep and HRV come across for the last three months only — older nights are not fetched.
- How a session felt, unless you tell us. Your watch's own effort and feel ratings do not reliably reach us, so the check-in and the session rating in the app are the ones that count.
- Temperature as air temperature. Your watch reports it from a sensor on your wrist, so it reads closer to your skin than to the weather.
