TriHonu is the coach that acts: it builds your week, writes the sessions onto your watch and adapts them daily — so the judgment stays where it belongs.
Works with Garmin Connect™ · Zwift · Rouvy · Hevy · Fitbod · TrainingPeaks · Apple Watch (iPhone app in TestFlight) · Android app in design
First 50founding members get every feature and every coach — at the founding rate, locked in for as long as you stay.
Tell it how it went. It raises the week — and writes tomorrow onto your watch.
Other apps talk. TriHonu acts.
Generic AI apps suggest — then you retype it yourself.
Even the best coach can't be there for every decision in your day — and shouldn't spend their evenings retyping your week.
TriHonu acts across your whole training — plan, watch, nutrition, races — every single day.
A week with your coach
Not a feature list — one ordinary training week, and what the coach did in it.
Monday · 06:40
It reads your night before it says a word
Sleep, HRV and yesterday's session come in from your watch overnight. The morning verdict is one line — go, ease off, or swap quality for aerobic — and the reasoning is a tap away.
Tuesday · 17:30
The session is on your watch, targets and all
Every session is built to your thresholds and written to your watch as structure — the intervals, the power, the pace. You press start.
Wednesday · 22:48
A passing remark rewrites the week
"Achilles was grumbling on the last kilometre." The niggle is logged, tomorrow's run becomes a ride at the same intensity, Sunday's long run stays on the trails. Nothing is lost; nothing needed retyping.
Sunday · 08:15
The long run — and race day, planned around it
The week ends where the season points: race-day pacing and fuelling from your own thresholds, updated as your fitness moves, so the plan you follow on the day is the one you trained for.
Ask it anything.
Real exchanges, re-staged with a fictional athlete. Pick one — every reply is something the coach can actually do.
It has range — and never forgets it's your coach
As a tri coach, you must also be good at latte art, no? Any coaching on this as well?
Ha — a coach who can't pour a rosetta has no business talking about pacing discipline. Honest critique: good contrast, clean symmetry, and you finished with a proper pull-through, which is where most people botch it. Push the design lower and start the pour centre-far so it lands centred — same principle as swimming: set up early so you're not correcting late. Now go get the real fuel in before that 17:00 run.Ha — a coach who can't pour a rosetta has no business talking about pacing discipline. Most of this works on every plan. Race-day execution and the food planning sit higher up — the cards below say exactly what each plan includes.
Your whole season in one place — your readiness, the week ahead, and a coach that acts on both.
Goal-relative readiness, per sport — it names your limiter, not a vanity score.A Build week balanced across swim, bike, run and strength.
Your coach, in your pocket
The same coach, plan and account as the web — on your phone, your Home Screen and your watch.
iPhone · in beta
TriHonu for iPhone
Today, your coach and your week, native. A widget and a session reminder on your Lock Screen. Log a meal from the camera, a strength session set by set. Your sessions on your Apple Watch, your recordings back through Apple Health. In TestFlight for beta athletes now; on the App Store when TriHonu goes live.
The same app for Android, with Health Connect for your Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch and anything that writes to it. Today, TriHonu already installs from Chrome as an app with notifications; the native app is being designed for the watches the web cannot reach.
Wear an Apple Watch and no Garmin? That is all you need. Our iPhone app connects the watch in both directions — it is in TestFlight for beta athletes today.

Sessions in the Workout app
Your coach's next seven days appear in the Workout app on your watch, ready to start. Apple shows a week ahead, so that is what we send; strength and mobility arrive the morning they are due.
Your day on the watch face
Complications put last night's readiness, your next session, the week's load and the morning check-in on the face you already wear — and once today's sessions are behind you, tomorrow's first one.
Ask your coach from your wrist
Tap the coach on your watch face and speak, or ask Siri. The answer comes back in two or three short sentences, and it carries on today's conversation — the same one you see in the app and on the web.
What you record comes back
Workouts, heart rate, HRV, sleep and body measurements flow from the watch back to your coach — the morning call and the next change to your plan are made from them.
Wear a Garmin too? Counted once
When the same session arrives from both watches, we keep one activity and attach the other recording, so your training log never doubles.
“I've followed every training-plan template going, and I paid for personal coaches. None of them ever really had a chance to adapt to what my week was actually doing — the work trip, the week everyone's ill, the niggle that won't settle. Nobody can be there for every decision in a day. So I built the part that does the work, so the coaching could be about the judgment.”

Same tools and the same data behind every one of them — but not the same method. Each brings a different school of thought, so they genuinely disagree about what your week should look like. Pick the one you would actually listen to.
Coaching that grows with you
Three levels, and every one of them acts on your training rather than just talking about it. Every sport you train is covered from the start — strength sessions from Performance up; what grows is how far ahead it plans and how much it takes off your hands.

Everything in Ultimate — every coach, every tool, the most capable models and the largest allowance. What is locked in is the deal, not the figure: you pay half the Ultimate price for as long as you stay, whatever Ultimate costs later.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of coaching actions — and the work your coach does unprompted, like your briefing and your weekly review, never counts against it.

Questions
Which watches work?
Garmin watches connect today over a secure sync: your activities and overnight recovery come in. Sending planned sessions back to a Garmin watch is paused for now — Garmin is changing how partners reach its watches, and it resumes as soon as that clears. Zwift, Rouvy, Hevy and Fitbod connect the same way for what you ride and lift indoors. Apple Watch works too, through our iPhone app rather than that sync — there, your coach's next seven days appear in the watch's Workout app, and what the watch records comes back to your coach. The app is in TestFlight today, so ask us for the invite until it reaches the App Store. TrainingPeaks goes the other way — your plan is delivered there, so you can follow it where you already read your training. More brands are on the way.
What does “it acts” mean?
The coach doesn't just advise — it builds structured workouts onto your watch, adjusts your plan, and runs your briefings and reviews. You stay in control, with one-tap undo. Writing to your watch is off until you switch it on — your coach never touches it without permission.
What do I need to start?
Nothing you have to know in advance. If you already train with a Garmin Connect™, Zwift, Rouvy, Hevy or Fitbod account, connect it and your sessions arrive on their own; Apple Watch works through our iPhone app, in TestFlight today — ask us for an invite. No watch yet? Tell your coach what you did with a tap. And no test numbers needed: if you know your FTP, swim pace or run threshold, add them — if not, leave them out, and your coach works them out as it sees you train. TrainingPeaks connects the other way round — we deliver your plan there rather than take training from it.
Is there an app?
TriHonu runs in any current browser — add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, on a phone, a tablet or a laptop. Apple Watch and Apple Health need our iPhone app, which is in TestFlight today; ask us for an invite. An Android app with Health Connect — for Galaxy and Pixel watches — is being designed; tell us which watch you wear.
Is my data safe?
Your training data is yours — private by default. Export all of it whenever you like, and delete it, or your whole account, yourself from Profile → Your data. No email to us, no waiting.
When do I get in?
We're onboarding invited athletes in waves during beta. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out.
What if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your training, your history and your watch sync all keep working — the coach rests, and picks up where you left off whenever you come back. And once you have paid for three months, editing your own calendar stays yours for good, subscription or not.
